Policy

Scheduling
Currently, I schedule all appointments via phonecall or text. 336 612 4812

I reserve the right to take a $25 deposit for each hour scheduled. This will apply towards the cost of your service. However in case of cancellation with 12 or less hours notice or a no call no show the deposit is non refundable.

Late Arrivals
There is a 10 minute grace period, and if you have not reached out to me by phonecall, anything after that your appointment will be considered a no show and it will be cancelled.
Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. Sessions begun late to to client arriving late will end at appointed time and are full price.

Intake form
I do a brief intake, covering all the bases so I can provide you with a safe and excellent treatment.

Hygiene
In order to provide you with a thorough and focused service I ask that you shower and practice good hygiene prior to receiving your treatment. Doing so is courteous to me as the service provider, and creates a more relaxing environment for you as well.

Cameras and recording devices
Cameras, cell phones that record or have cameras, and any other recording devices are not permitted to be used during any treatment.

Confidentiality
Your privacy and confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Additional guests
No small children allowed in studio
No additional guest in treatment room

Conduct
My services are strictly for relaxation and results orientated. Any sexual harassment via insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future. You will be charged the full service fee regardless of the length of your session.
Any inappropriate calls, texts or emails during the booking process will result in immediate blocking.

Communication
Please speak up during your treatment if you have any questions or concerns. If the music is too soft or too loud, you are too hot or too cold. It is your right and responsability to let me know if I can do anything to make the experience better. I will do my best to make you as comfortable as possible.
